1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and za22 ("za22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at za22.app. By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the za22 platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of za22 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not restricted from doing so by any court order or legal authority.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from za22 due to a prior violation of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual, syndicate, or organisation for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility rules.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on za22. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and not share them with any third party.
• Promptly notify za22 of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security you become aware of.
• Update your account information if it changes, ensuring all records held by za22 remain current and accurate.

za22 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

za22 supports a range of local and international payment methods for Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, as well as select card options. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. za22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless za22 approves an alternative arrangement in writing.
• Withdrawal Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, za22 may require identity verification (KYC). Documents requested may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Expedited processing is available subject to applicable fees.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. za22 reserves the right to review and adjust these limits at its sole discretion.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

za22 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms shall take precedence for the specific offer in question.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts at za22's discretion and are subject to minimum deposit requirements.
• All bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• za22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Abuse of bonus structures, including but not limited to matched betting with bonus funds or exploitation of system errors, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on za22 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product — whether sports betting, live casino, Sic Bo, slots, or table games. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by za22's system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player.
• za22 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, incorrect odds, or market suspension.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. Live casino games are governed by real-time dealer actions captured on live stream.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• za22 reserves the right to limit bet amounts or restrict market access for individual accounts where irregular betting patterns are detected.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on za22 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or za22 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to mask your true location.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of za22's platform or its underlying infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

za22 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial distress or personal harm for our players or their families.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your za22 account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified time period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the za22 platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, za22 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the za22 platform or any of its services.
• Errors, interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in the platform's content or functionality.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data by a third party.
• Any loss of winnings resulting from a system malfunction, network failure, or force majeure event beyond za22's reasonable control.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

za22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on za22, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

za22 employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage practices, to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

za22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their financial institution.
• Any conduct that za22 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its users, or the integrity of its games.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting za22 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

za22 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, za22 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of za22 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which za22 holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and za22, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
